Winston had his 2 month check up today... he is 13 lbs and 4 ounces now! A little bit bigger than Elliot was at this point... He's smiling on demand... cooing for a few weeks now... His manner is very relaxed. He hardly cries and it's usually resolved with food or a diaper change!! woohoo! The doc said if you have a fussy baby...now would be the fussiest time for him...and it's allllll good. Just the past few days he's been sleeping on a bit of a schedule I suppose... atleast at night... he goes down in the crib around 9... wakes around 2am for a feeding and then sleeps until 7 (or when Elliot comes in and serenades us "it's morning!!!!! it's morning!!! everyone wake up...its a a great day." he usually says...)
Elliot loves to give him hugs and kisses...and is even more tickled when I have Winston give him hugs and kisses!
Blessed best describes what I am. Elliot's toddler-hood has been a monumental challenge in my life...along side caring for two small children at once...and well, mashed in with all other challenging aspects of life... and yet, at the end of the day it all somehow gets pushed aside and, blessed... is what I am.
Seriously... why do they have to grow so fast though?
